This hands-on course is about the latest trends in endodontic treatment concerning endodontic access, shaping of the root canal system, disinfection and obturation of the endodontic space.  Minimally invasive concept in endodontics will be presented. Discussion on how to select shaping system and files for different cases will be made. Treatment protocols for working with new generation nickel-titanium instruments – Traverse and Zenflex for fast, efficient and predictable endodontics in daily practice will be demonstrated. Participants will learn how to deal with narrow, calcified, C-shape root canals, how to treat ledges, perforations and wide apical foramens using endodontic instruments from Kerr endodontics – Traverse, Zenflex, TF Adaptive, Elements IC. Participants will learn how to effectively disinfect the endodontic space with modern techniques. Everyone will learn how to fill root canals three-dimensionally using the warm vertical compaction method (continuous wave of condensation) with the Elements IC obturation unit.
